Sport Spacing Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the manner in which Sport Spacing, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of the Company’s application and related services (the “App”).

Scope. This Policy applies solely to the App and governs the processing of information by the Company in connection therewith.

Information Collected. The App is designed to process only device-level spacing and movement metrics, except for (i) details required to log in to user accounts, and (ii) billing information necessary ongoing use of the App. Device-level metrics are used by a coach to help a team understand its use of space on a basketball court and to improve a team’s performance. Other than the login and billing details described above, the information processed is technical in nature and is not, and is not reasonably capable of being, used to identify any individual, including any player or user. The Company does not request, collect, or process personal data (as defined under applicable data protection law) from players or users in connection with the App, except as expressly described in this Policy.
3.
Prohibited Data Input. Users are expressly prohibited from inputting or uploading any personal data of players or other individuals into the App. The Company disclaims any liability for any personal data inputted or uploaded by users in contravention of this Policy or the App’s terms of use.
4.
Use of Information. The device-level metrics collected are used solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the functionality of the App. The Company does not use such information for marketing purposes, nor does it attempt to re-identify any individual from such data.
5.
Disclosure of Information. The Company does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose device-level metrics to any third party, except as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
6.
Data Security. The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the limited information it processes from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will be retained until you request that it be deleted.
7.
Children’s Privacy. The App is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13). The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8.
Changes to this Policy. The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy at [https://sport-spacing.com/privacy-policy] (or such other URL as the Company may provide), with the effective date indicated above.
